距離申訴至次已過了十幾天,這陣子沒有太多空閒的時間,能
讓我關注這件事情的後續發展。目前美國原廠終於給予正面的
回應,願意詳細調查這次考試發生的糾紛。




目前處理的狀況有些上下起伏,從當初考場告知,原廠決定按
照監考官原先處理的方式,認定考試有效。直到寫信要求美國
原廠再次檢視這次考試的疏失,這一兩天才開始有了正面的回
應,只是結果是好是壞?一切只能靜待原廠詳細調查報告,才
能知道這次權益受損是否能有期待的「基本」權益。

各位一定覺得好奇,為什麼會將申訴內文移除?主因來自於收
到原廠的來信:


Dear Weizhe Yang:

I am the Director of Certification for Red Hat. We will be happy to investigate your concerns, but must respectfully request that you remove the blog entry referenced in your email before we do so. Such tactics are not necessary to get our attention.

As an exam candidate, you have signed a confidentiality agreement. Some contents of your blog could be seen as a violation of that agreement and therefore should be removed immediately. Furthermore, your use of the Red Hat Shadowman logo is unauthorized and therefore must be removed as well.

I assure you that your concerns will get a fair and impartial review, but we will only address these concerns through the appropriate channels. I would respectfully add that your interests are far better
served by using these appropriate channels. Announcing on a blog that you did not pass is probably not the best way to represent yourself to the world.

內文提到了兩個疑點,一個是他們認為我已經簽署了保密協議
,必須遵守保密相關的條文。按照某種認定來說,他們認為將
申訴內容張貼在網路上,可以看做違反了這個協定。第二個是
則是使用了「未經授權」的 Shadowman logo 。信件的內文,
可以看得出來,某些意識形態上原廠還是保持了該有的堅定態
度。為了確保申訴過程能繼續進行,則選擇先將相關文章移除
,等待原廠給予最終的調查結果。至於到底有沒有違反他們所
謂的保密協議,老實說,對我來說並沒有太多心力能去在意..


雖然,最後被他調侃了一下:

↑ 這,讓我臉超綠的。 = =".. (這應該是「家醜不能外揚」的意思)


因此,這封信件的回應是:


Dear Randy Russell :

First of all, I sincerely thank you for replying my complaint email,
and promised this complaint will be investigated fairly and justly.

Regarding the blog contents you mentioned, I will remove all of the related contents,
and await the outcome of the investigation.

Perhaps posting my complaint contents online is not in line with the complaint procedure, but please understand the reason behind what I did, this is because the exam contents was flawed and the way it was handled afterwards that really upsets me.

Before writing the complaint email, the test site and Red hat's attitude regarding on how to properly handle this issue really make people feel helpless. And I regret that this incident happened, it has let me lose faith in the fairness of the exam. As of right now my only hope is to have a thorough investigation outcome, and inform all the exam candidates.


Statement:
My complaint contents are all based on true facts of what happened during the test date,
I hope Red Hat can protect us exam candidates' rights, and give us a proper answer.

目前後續的處理,能確定的則是,原廠承諾願意公平且公正的
展開調查,需要幾天的時間才能做出最後的審查。回信的內文
也特別的強調,希望能給予當天參加考試的考生,完整的回應
,既然原廠願意主動調查,加上考場也給了正面的回應,這件
事情就讓他們處理吧。這中間到底出了什麼差錯,應不是我該
煩心的事情,畢竟,這次考試已經讓我夠折騰了,有想過假若
這次原廠若是判定監考官是對的,我應該也不會想再考了。一
個該有的公平都不存在,這個認證還有存在的價值嗎?

現在工作滿檔的我,實在沒有其他心力能再去爭取,這幾天真
的很累,每天吃晚餐的時間都累到想直接睡著,更何況是處理
這樣重複往返的意識形態爭論。盡力陳述該說的,剩下的就讓
原廠做裁決吧,我真的累了....



  上帝老爹,祢應該有聽到我每天疲倦的聲音,對嗎?



接下來到月底工作量會盡量在上班日壓縮進行,即使不休息,
也不想假日到公司加班,看著一整個月的工作計畫表,整個有
點頭痛的狀態。即使如此,也要每天充滿活力的工作著,看著
其他同事每天工作到這麼晚,仍舊充滿笑容。


再忙碌的計畫,應該也能順利執行完的,替自己加油囉!
